1935 DeHavilland Queen Bee

Our 1931 DeHavilland Queen Bee is one of only three known to exist. It was found "sleeping" in a storage lot under blue and green plastic tarps in Issaquah, Washington. It was generously  donated to the Port Townsend Aero Museum by Mr. Fred Bahr of Issaquah, Washington in 2002.

Currently it is disassembled, with one set of wings nearly ready for recover. The other set of wings are being rebuilt, and should be completed by spring of 2004. Check back often as this page will be updated as the work progresses.
